Informational Concepts Only: Any sample itineraries, tours, routes, prices, rates, or cost estimates displayed on this Site are provided strictly for illustrative and conceptual inspiration.
Pricing Subject to Change: Displayed prices reflect historic averages or seasonal starting rates and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate adjustments, seasonal demand, availability, local taxes, and specific client customization.
Custom Quotes Required: Final pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and payment schedules for any travel experience will be detailed in your personalized, formal proposal and booking contract.

3. Featured Travel Designers & Team Assignments

Designer Profiles: Profiles, bios, and images of our travel designers and specialists featured on the Site demonstrate our team’s collective expertise and background.
No Assignment Guarantees: Craft Travel does not guarantee that your inquiry, consultation, or custom itinerary design will be handled by a specific travel designer featured on the Site. We reserve complete discretion to assign or reassign primary consultants, designers, and support specialists based on destination expertise, availability, and scheduling.

4. Featured Accommodations, Villas, Lodges & Destinations

Representative Imagery: Descriptions, photographs, virtual tours, amenities, and details regarding destinations, private villas, safari lodges, boutique hotels, yachts, and excursions represent typical offerings and standard configurations.
Property Availability & Vendor Changes: Featured properties and third-party vendors are subject to independent availability, renovations, policy changes, and seasonal closures. Craft Travel makes no warranty that a specific villa, hotel room, lodge, or experience shown on the Site will be available for your preferred travel dates.

5. Inquiries, Marketing Sign-ups & Client Communications

Lead & Email Collection: When you complete an inquiry form, request a custom proposal, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit contact information on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details.
