Exclusive US Scope: Craft Travel designs custom luxury travel experiences intended exclusively for clients residing in the United States. Our services, marketing campaigns, and website are directed solely to US residents.
Governing Law: By accessing our website, subscribing to our marketing updates, engaging our services, or providing information to us, you acknowledge and agree that our privacy practices and operations are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States.
International Operations: While the fulfillment of luxury travel itineraries inherently requires data transmission to international travel suppliers around the globe, Craft Travel does not intentionally market services to or monitor the behavior of individuals located outside the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information within the United States and host travel destinations under applicable US legal standards.

International Travel Suppliers: To execute your itinerary, we transmit necessary personal details, passport information, and travel preferences to independent suppliers worldwide (including foreign airlines, local tour operators, safari lodges, hotels, ground transport operators, and private charters). These vendors receive only the data required to perform their specific services.
Service Providers: We engage vetted US-based service providers to perform administrative and technology functions on our behalf, such as encrypted cloud hosting, email delivery tools for marketing and transactional communications, client relationship management platforms, and payment processors.
